All John R. Fox Jewellery pieces are individually made to order unless otherwise stated.

Production Time

Most items are handcrafted specifically for each customer and typically require approximately six weeks for manufacture and preparation prior to dispatch.

If a piece is available from stock, it may be dispatched sooner.

Should there be any significant delay beyond the estimated production period, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Delivery

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped using secure, tracked delivery services.

A signature may be required upon delivery.

Customers will be provided with tracking information where available.
