Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without first contacting us and obtaining return instructions may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As most John R. Fox Jewellery pieces are individually made to order, customised, personalised, or specially commissioned items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, personalised items, sale items, and gift cards.

If you have any questions regarding the return eligibility of a particular item, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you would like is to return the original item (where eligible) and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to customised, personalised, or specially commissioned items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
